Chandra Scheftic
Living in North-Western Pennsylvania Chandra is one of the original Neuro Endurance Sports Foundation team members. From basketball to running any and all distances, cycling to triathlons, she has been competing in all sorts of sports sense high school. As a mother, coach and athlete, Chandra believes that keeping the mind, body and soul active and moving helps you conquer anything life throws at you.

Alina Haynes
Alina grew up doing long hikes on the weekends and began her running journey as a soccer midfielder, playing the mental chase game. This translated to continuously challenging herself to go further.Wife, mother, and lover of the outdoors. Her biggest achievements to date have been a 50 miler and conquering a sub 4 marathon after an intense hip labral tear. Alina runs for her Grandmother, “Moppy” who suffers from Parkinson’s, and her Uncle, Bill who suffers from Multiple Sclerosis.

Walking for MS
Erica Foote
Wife, mother, and homeschool teacher to two wonderful children. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 2015. Thankfully we caught it in the early stages. Modern medicine has come so far that I have been able to have very minimal progression. I will be supporting Neuro Endurance Sports Foundation by walking for MS.

Runner
Amber Mann
Amber got into running when she moved to the Huntsville, Alabama area in September 2022. With a long history of hiking, biking, and running short distance in track since junior high, long distance running has quickly become a passion of hers. She especially enjoys doing all this with her two dogs, Millie and Brody. Amber was introduced to our team by a co-worker and jumped at the chance to run for a great cause. Amber has one half marathon under her belt, with many more to come!

Racing for Parkinsons
Kassandra Henry Hearn
Mother of 4 humans and several non-human kids, staying active is how I stay on top of my mental health. My mother was recently diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and her journey so far has further inspired me to stay on top of my physical health as well. I enjoy running, bike riding, and aerobic fitness activities.
